Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status, identifying strengths and needs to inform treatment.

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to individual patient needs.

• Work closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and other social workers to create and implement coordinated treatment strategies.

• Assist patients and their families in understanding diagnoses, treatment options, and medication implications, ensuring they are well-informed and comfortable with their care plan.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing successful modalities to promote healing and engagement.

• Develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team, aligning with patient goals and preferences.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
