Key Responsibilities\n

As a key member of our treatment team, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health concerns and developing tailored treatment plans aligned with best practices.

• Implementing a range of therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities that align with your clinical expertise and client needs.

• Maintaining meticulous and timely clinical records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards set by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other specialists to deliver integrated care focused on the holistic needs of patients.

• Participating in case consultations and peer supervision to enhance clinical skills and ensure high-quality care delivery.

• Providing education and resources to patients and their families to help them understand mental health issues and available support systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with individuals facing various mental health challenges in a detox setting. The patient population is diverse, including those struggling with substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health conditions, and other complex psychosocial issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
