Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to determine their developmental and emotional needs.

• Actively participate in the formulation and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), tailoring strategies to support each child’s unique path.
\n
• Monitor client outcomes, adjusting strategies based on ongoing assessments and collaboration with other team members.
\n
• Provide ongoing support and resources to families, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to promote their child's development at home.
\n
• Ensure all practices comply with applicable Federal and State regulations to maintain the highest standards of care and ethical practice.

• Build strong relationships with children and families, creating a respectful and trusting environment to facilitate open communication and learning.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and the coaching model to enhance learning in natural environments.
\n
• Implement the IFSP effectively, advising on the frequency of services based on child development and family priorities.

• Develop strategies to engage families in the therapeutic process, fostering their active participation and empowerment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on assisting infants and toddlers who face developmental delays or disabilities. Our early intervention services are instrumental in helping these young clients achieve essential developmental milestones in areas like communication, social-emotional interactions, cognitive skills, and physical development. By working with families, you will significantly influence not only the child's immediate outcomes but also their long-term potential.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.
