Key Responsibilities\n

• Work directly with clients in the detox center setting, facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to each client’s unique challenges.

• Conduct initial assessments using evidence-based screening tools to evaluate client needs, followed by the development of tailored integrated care plans.

• Maintain a manageable caseload, ensuring timely follow-up and continuity of care for all assigned clients, addressing presenting problems, and adapting services as necessary.

• Assist in crisis intervention efforts, employing communication skills and clinical judgment to support clients in urgent situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
