Work Environment\n

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, using structured tools and methodologies.

• Provide individualized counseling and support to clients grappling with various challenges, tailoring your therapeutic approach to each person's unique circumstances.

• Facilitate both individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Motivational Interviewing to foster positive change.

• Collaborate in developing and implementing client-centered service plans aimed at achieving specific goals and improving overall well-being.

• Act as an advocate for clients, addressing their rights and access to essential resources while promoting social justice and equity across the community.

• Engage in program development and evaluation activities, contributing to grant reporting and ensuring adherence to funding requirements.

• Establish partnerships with local community organizations, governmental agencies, and volunteers to enhance service delivery and community impact.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program, reflecting in-depth understanding of psychotherapeutic techniques and social service frameworks.

Compensation and Benefits\n
