Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your core responsibilities will include:

• Implementing a range of therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) tailored to the clients' preferences and needs.

• Maintaining precise clinical documentation and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies to ensure confidentiality and quality of care.

• Participating in collaborative meetings with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow social workers to review cases and enhance treatment strategies.

• Educating patients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources to promote informed decision-making.

• Staying updated with the latest research and techniques in clinical social work, actively integrating this knowledge into practice for continuous improvement in patient care.

• Managing a full caseload effectively while ensuring that treatment objectives are consistently met in a timely manner, adhering to all ethical and professional guidelines established by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Florida.

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a clinical setting, particularly in providing psychotherapy services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
