Key Responsibilities\n

• Operate as an Independent Contractor, managing your own practice while collaborating with the Caring Heart team.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of senior clients’ needs, crafting tailored intervention strategies to enhance their well-being.

• Provide a range of mental health services, including individual counseling and psychotherapy sessions, specifically aimed at adults and seniors.
\n
• Serve as a resource hub for clients by researching and connecting them with additional community resources as needed.

• Stay updated on best practices in psychotherapy and utilize telehealth technologies to deliver effective virtual sessions.

• Maintain detailed case notes and documentation to track client progress and adherence to treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on adult and senior clients, many of whom may face complex life transitions, mental health challenges, and socioeconomic hurdles. You will be equipped to address diverse mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and grief, while recognizing the unique experiences of geriatric clients. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing their quality of life and ensuring they receive the support they need.

Qualifications\n

• Currently hold a Master’s degree in Social Work.

• Possess a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of California.

• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment, demonstrating self-direction and effective communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your commitment to our clients will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000 yearly .
