Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain ongoing communication with a network of healthcare professionals, including behavioral clinicians and primary care providers, to implement a holistic approach to care.

• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, using virtual consultations or in-person visits as necessary, to ensure that treatment outcomes are met and adjusted as needed.

• Provide support and education regarding psychotropic medication management, addressing side effects and ensuring patients adhere to prescribed treatments.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual compensation of USD 80,000 – 100,000, plus eligibility for annual incentive bonuses.
