Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate each client's strengths, weaknesses, challenges, and goals, ensuring all documentation complies with organizational standards.

• Utilize appropriate therapeutic modalities tailored to the individual needs of clients, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based interventions.

• Provide vocational, experiential, and family counseling/coaching as required, recognizing the complex needs of clients and their support systems.

In this role, you will work predominantly with adults and adolescents facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n
