Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual assessments and manage a caseload of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including severe emotional disorders.

• Develop, implement, and assess integrated care plans that address the unique needs of clients while ensuring effective communication among clients, family, and healthcare providers.

• Engage in collaborative teamwork to enhance service delivery and achieve organizational goals, regularly participating in team meetings and case discussions.

• Deliver evidence-based interventions and therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy, tailored to client needs.

• Monitor and evaluate ongoing client progress, ensuring alignment with treatment plans and making necessary adjustments as challenges arise.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, demonstrating effective decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.

• Ensure compliance with professional ethical guidelines and organizational policies, contributing to a safe and respectful service environment.

• Complete required documentation and reports in a timely manner, and participate in data collection for quality improvement initiatives.

• Cover on-call responsibilities as assigned, providing support to clients outside regular program hours.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
