This role allows for a flexible work-from-home setup, enabling you to deliver care remotely while still connecting directly with clients. The detox center atmosphere emphasizes recovery and rehabilitation, allowing you to work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatric professionals, to create focused, individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient needs and abilities to inform the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver psychotherapy sessions, including individual, family, couple, and group therapy, adapting your approach based on clinically appropriate determinations for each patient.

• Collaborate with the psychiatry team and other relevant health professionals in program planning to ensure holistic care for patients.

• Continually evaluate the biopsychosocial needs of patients, identifying challenges and adjusting treatment plans to reflect evolving needs.

• Provide case management services, maintaining accurate and timely progress notes through our electronic health records system (training provided for those unfamiliar).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals within a detox center setting, often managing complex psychological and emotional challenges. You will work closely with clients who may be dealing with substance use disorders, mental health issues, and the critical adjustments needed during their recovery process. Building rapport and fostering a safe environment will be key to empowering clients to address their challenges effectively.

• A valid License as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

• Possession or willingness to acquire professional liability insurance.
