This is a full-time, remote position offering flexibility in your work schedule, including evening and weekend hours to best meet the needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, identifying strengths, challenges, and necessary resources for effective treatment planning.

• Implement various evidence-based therapies including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to address individual needs.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans detailing specific therapeutic goals and interventions, continuously reviewing progress and adjusting as required.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver coordinated and holistic client care.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment services to ensure client safety and well-being in high-stress situations.

• Lead engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops designed to improve coping strategies among clients.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation that adheres to ethical, legal, and organizational standards, ensuring clarity and compliance in all client care activities.

Your work will primarily involve supporting clients who are experiencing substance use disorders and accompanying mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
