Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, history, and resource strengths. This foundational step informs treatment planning and client engagement.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to the needs of clients undergoing detoxification and treatment for mental health conditions.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans, setting measurable goals and interventions that promote client progress and healing.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring a cohesive approach to each client's care.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psycho-educational programs that address both substance use and comorbid mental health issues, enhancing community support among clients.

• Perform crisis intervention and risk assessments, providing immediate support and safety planning for clients in distress or at risk of harm.

• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n
