Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients both in office settings and the community, including assessments, individual and family therapy sessions, and crisis interventions.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create and implement integrated care plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Perform brief, evidence-based screenings to assess client needs and arrange for more comprehensive evaluations when warranted.

• Work proactively to enhance team synergy and collaboration, focusing on shared goals and the delivery of high-quality client care.

• Monitor treatment plans and ensure compliance with admission, continued stay, and discharge criteria for clients.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress timely and accurately, adhering to organizational standards.

• Maintain best practices in safety protocols and procedures, reporting any hazards to supervisory staff.

• Carry a sensible caseload while ensuring clients receive ongoing support and tailored treatment that focuses on their presenting issues and goals.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and active Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, starting at USD 70,000 and going up to USD 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
