This is a 100% remote position, providing you the flexibility to create your own schedule without the demands of on-call work. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver weekly evidence-based care to clients via live video sessions, utilizing techniques like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to support clients with various emotional disorders.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and fellow therapists, to ensure comprehensive treatment plans that address the multifaceted needs of our clients.

• Employ SYSTEMS that integrate automatically administered symptom self-assessments, functional improvement metrics, and goal-oriented progress measures to dynamically adapt treatment plans in real-time.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our user-friendly therapist portal, which includes tailored digital tools for efficient record-keeping and compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our ideal candidate will work predominantly with adults experiencing a range of emotional challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work from an accredited program, with an independent LCSW license valid in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year based on your caseload and experience.
