Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for clients entering our detox program, evaluating their mental health needs, readiness for change, and overall well-being.

• Develop and implement well-structured, personalized treatment plans, incorporating therapeutic modalities appropriate for detoxification settings.

• Facilitate a variety of therapeutic sessions, including individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy, effectively utilizing evidence-based practices to support clients’ recovery.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams that may include psychiatrists, nurses, and addiction specialists to ensure all-encompassing care for clients.

• Maintain meticulous, up-to-date client records and progress notes in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing supervision and engage in professional development activities to uphold high standards of practice and personal growth.

• Advocate for client needs and assist in overcoming barriers to treatment within the healthcare system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adults undergoing detoxification from substances, addressing various co-occurring mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Your clinical expertise will guide clients through their recovery journey, assisting them in developing coping strategies and skills necessary for reintegration into their daily lives post-treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
