Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients’ social, emotional, and environmental factors that influence their recovery journey.

• Design individualized service plans tailored to each client's unique challenges and recovery goals, ensuring regular monitoring and adjustments as needed.

• Provide individual and family counseling sessions focused on developing coping strategies, emotional regulation, and empowerment.

• Facilitate crisis intervention when necessary, utilizing risk assessments and safety planning to ensure client well-being.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to coordinate comprehensive care, advocating effectively for client needs.

• Engage in outreach initiatives aimed at increasing community awareness surrounding addiction treatment services.

• Participate in regular case conferences and team meetings to share insights, contribute to team decisions, and enhance care strategies.

You will work primarily with individuals experiencing substance use disorders who seek detoxification and recovery services. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.
