Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health, including emotional, behavioral, and social functioning, to inform treatment planning.

• Develop and execute tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices that meet the unique needs of each patient.

• Provide psychotherapy to patients coping with a range of issues, including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), facilitating their path toward recovery.

• Monitor client progress through regular reviews, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best outcomes for each individual.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, coordinating patient care by sharing essential information and resources to promote holistic healing.

• Equip patients and their families with education regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to navigate their health journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on patients undergoing detoxification treatment, a critical and vulnerable stage in their recovery journey. Clients include individuals experiencing substance use disorders, concurrent mental health issues, or emotional distress. The role requires an understanding of the complexities involved in treating this population with sensitivity and expertise.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.

• A minimum of two years’ experience in providing psychotherapy and mental health services, preferably within a detox or substance use treatment setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
