Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to systematically evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and areas of resourcefulness.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions, including but not limited to, individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on assessment findings and developing therapeutic goals in collaboration with each client.

• Participate actively in treatment team meetings to coordinate care plans with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment when required, ensuring client safety and effective management of acute situations.
\n
• Create and facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that further engage clients in their healing processes.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring all client information is securely recorded.

• Engage in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and your therapeutic repertoire.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work primarily with clients who are seeking mental health support for conditions ranging from mild anxiety to severe trauma and depressive disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
