Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to collect detailed information regarding clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Implement individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices that best suit the client’s needs, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to create and maintain client-centered treatment plans with measurable goals and interventions.

• Participate in crisis intervention strategies, conducting risk assessments and establishing safety plans as needed during high-stress situations.

• Document client interactions, progress, and treatment outcomes accurately and promptly to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Lead engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to foster community and shared healing experiences among clients.
