This role is 100% remote, allowing for flexibility in work hours while providing the essential mental health care clients need, including evening and weekend availability to fit their schedules. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather comprehensive information about clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans that include specific goals and therapeutic interventions, ensuring alignment with best practices.

• Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary treatment team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers—to coordinate holistic care that addresses all aspects of client wellbeing.

• Provide crisis intervention strategies when necessary, including risk assessments and safety planning to mitigate immediate threats to clients' wellbeing.

• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups that foster resilience and connection among participants.

• Ensure meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment interventions, and progress notes in adherence with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
