Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct clinical assessments to evaluate clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Provide short-term psychotherapy and lead group therapy sessions, encouraging clients to engage actively in their mental health journey.

• Offer consultation services for clients presenting with complex counseling needs, drawing from evidence-based practices and therapeutic frameworks.

• Implement outreach strategies to connect with underrepresented populations, promoting awareness of available mental health resources.

• Respond to crises by performing risk assessments for suicidal ideation and implementing appropriate intervention strategies, which may include organizing hospital admissions when necessary.

• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all practice activities, maintaining confidentiality and advocating for client rights.

• Manage responsibilities in both remote and in-person settings, depending on client needs and logistical requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on diverse adolescents and college-aged individuals who seek support during critical transitional periods, as well as those battling substance use disorders in our detox facility. You will work to empower clients by helping them navigate their challenges and enhance their coping skills. By providing inclusive and tailored therapeutic approaches, you will significantly contribute to improving mental health outcomes and client resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) with active LCSW licensure is required. We will also consider candidates with a fully licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) designation.

• Minimum of three years of post-master's clinical experience, specifically in case management or providing therapeutic services.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with culturally and socioeconomically diverse populations, particularly in treating adolescents and young adults.

Compensation and Benefits\n
