Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule. Our hospice center environment supports both the therapeutic needs of clients and the professional growth of our staff. You will have access to modern tools and resources, including a fully furnished home office setup, electronic medical record (EMR) systems, and billing services that handle client accounts and insurance claims, allowing you to focus on what you do best – providing exceptional therapy.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality individual and couples therapy to a diverse clientele, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation by completing client notes and record-keeping activities promptly after each session.

• Utilize a scheduling system to coordinate ongoing appointments, ensuring an updated calendar that reflects your commitments.

• Effectively manage a caseload and address a variety of clinical presentations, applying evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.

• Engage in regular collaboration with colleagues to discuss case strategies, share insights, and enhance the quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will support clients from all age ranges facing a variety of challenges. Our practice emphasizes a holistic approach, addressing mental health issues in the context of overall well-being. By building strong therapeutic relationships, you will empower clients to achieve their personal goals, enhancing their quality of life through the transformative power of therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Must hold an independent LCSW license in the state of Texas.
\n
• Professionalism is essential, along with excellent therapeutic boundaries, cultural competency, self-motivation, and robust organizational skills.

• Ability to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, with availability for at least two evenings per week.

Preferred Experience\n

• Significant training and/or experience in working with couples is highly valued and will be considered favorably.

• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in the field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, in addition to performance-based bonuses. As a W2 employee, you will enjoy competitive compensation, including:
