Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive clinical assessments for new and existing clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans, ensuring seamless communication among clients, family members, and other healthcare providers.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and arrange for in-depth assessments when necessary, utilizing best practices to guide therapeutic interventions.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and results to support continuous quality improvement.

• Assist with crisis interventions, remaining on-call during and after business hours as assigned.
