Though based out of our Carrollton, TX location, LCSWs will primarily work within designated school districts, facilitating live and virtual interactions with students and staff. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate the emotional, social, and financial needs of students.

• Provide individualized and group counseling sessions focusing on grief, trauma, anxiety, and coping mechanisms

• Collaborate closely with teachers, school psychologists, and other healthcare providers to formulate and implement holistic care plans.

• Develop and maintain discharge plans, ensuring a smooth transition from school-based services to community resources.

• Coordinate with community organizations to facilitate access to resources for families, ensuring comprehensive support post-discharge.

• Participate in school meetings and committees to contribute a social work perspective on policy, behavioral support, and overall student well-being.

• Document all assessments, interventions, and progress notes accurately and timely in compliance with organizational standards.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to students in immediate distress, implementing de-escalation strategies as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will primarily serve students ranging from elementary to high school, including diverse populations with varying socio-economic backgrounds. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
