Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate students’ emotional, social, and developmental needs.

• Provide individual and group counseling focused on issues such as anxiety, self-esteem, grief, and academic stress, ensuring a supportive environment for students.

• Develop treatment plans in collaboration with students, parents, and school staff, and track their progress to optimize care outcomes.

• Facilitate referrals to community resources and support services post-discharge, ensuring ongoing support for students and their families.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support to students experiencing acute distress.

• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings with educators and school staff to develop strategies for student support and integration.

• Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and our organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be children and adolescents, navigating a range of mental health challenges in a school environment. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Active and unencumbered state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
