Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at our Detox Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Performing comprehensive clinical assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Administering therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to the specific needs of clients.

• Maintaining meticulous and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations to safeguard client confidentiality and ensure continuity of care.

• Collaborating with physicians, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide integrated and effective treatment for all patients.

• Participating actively in case consultations and peer reviews, contributing to the team’s collective knowledge and the quality of client care.

• Offering education to clients and their families regarding mental health, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them throughout their recovery process.

• Staying current with ongoing professional development by integrating new research findings and treatment advancements into your clinical practice.

You will work with a diverse population of individuals grappling with mental health challenges and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution with a focus on clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
