Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual psychotherapy to patients experiencing a range of mental health challenges related to substance abuse.

• Conduct thorough assessments utilizing best practices and develop tailored treatment plans for each patient.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate substance abuse recovery.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with organizational and legal standards.
\n
• Actively collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated and holistic care for all patients.

• Educate patients and their families about available mental health and substance abuse resources in order to support sustained recovery.

• Continuously engage in professional development by staying updated on the latest research and methodologies in substance abuse treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, reflecting your experience and expertise in the field.
