Key Responsibilities\n

• Work directly with clients who exhibit symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, conducting thorough assessments to create personalized treatment plans.

• Actively collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to further collective goals, ensuring optimal care and service delivery.

• Implement integrated care plans and ensure seamless communication among clients, family members, and various service providers to enhance continuity of care.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings, and facilitate access to additional assessments or services as needed to address client needs comprehensively.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, adapting strategies to empower clients and promote successful coping mechanisms.

• Assist with crisis intervention, intervening appropriately to ensure the safety and well-being of clients in distress.

• Monitor patient progress, conducting regular evaluations to ensure treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.

• Provide on-call support as required, maintaining availability to respond to urgent client needs following program hours.

• Participate in organizational committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and fostering quality improvement initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients within a detox center environment, who may be confronting addiction alongside complex mental health challenges. The ability to empathize and understand the diverse backgrounds and experiences of clients from various cultural and socioeconomic statuses is crucial. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work or a related field, qualifying you to operate under your LCSW license.

Compensation and Benefits\n
