This position is completely remote, providing the flexibility to work from home while engaging directly with clients and team members through virtual platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for clients in the detox program to determine their individual needs and create tailored treatment plans.

• Participate actively in the development and execution of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring clients receive appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Monitor and document client progress, adapting treatment plans as needed to promote optimal recovery outcomes.
\n
• Provide emotional and practical support to families, empowering them to engage in their loved one’s recovery journey.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations regarding mental health care and substance use treatment.

• Adopt and implement Natural Learning Environment Practices, customizing approaches to align with diverse client learning styles.

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with healthcare professionals to promote integrated care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals entering detox who often struggle with substance use disorders. By providing empathetic support and evidence-based interventions, you will play a crucial role in their initial steps toward recovery, enhancing their emotional, cognitive, and social wellbeing. Working alongside families and other caregivers will also be integral, as their involvement significantly contributes to successful outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
