Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand client backgrounds and immediate needs, using standardized assessment tools to inform treatment planning.

• Facilitate regular therapeutic sessions, guiding clients through emotional challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and significant life transitions.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, support staff, and community resources to provide comprehensive support and intervention for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client population for this role consists of individuals experiencing substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required, along with an active LCSW license valid in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
