Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide virtual therapy sessions to individuals and groups, addressing the psychological impacts of serious illness and bereavement.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients' unique needs and circumstances, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.

• Consult with a multidisciplinary team to enhance treatment efficacy and promote holistic client outcomes, regularly attending case review meetings.

• Maintain up-to-date, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.

• Utilize telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems for effective service delivery and documentation management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The population served in this role primarily includes patients in hospice and palliative care, along with their families and caregivers. You will be working closely with individuals facing serious illnesses, providing them with emotional and psychological support as they navigate their unique circumstances. This role requires not only clinical skills but also a strong ability to empathize and understand the complexities of grief, loss, and end-of-life issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active LICSW license in the state of Massachusetts.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical social work experience, preferably in hospice, palliative care, or related fields.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience. In addition to monetary compensation, our benefits package includes:
