Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Treatment (SFBT), to effectively address the needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Provide crisis intervention support and actively collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate crisis care for patients experiencing heightened distress.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, ensuring that treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries comply with clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Educate patients and their family members on mental health conditions and coping strategies, empowering them to manage their mental health with confidence.

• Engage in ongoing evaluation of treatment effectiveness, adapting strategies based on patient feedback and clinical outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work is required.
