Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to a caseload of clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, conducting individualized assessments, and developing personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based techniques for brief interventions and therapy sessions, focusing on prevention and recovery to improve client outcomes.

• Drive collaboration by participating in team meetings and case reviews, sharing insights and input to enhance overall service delivery.

• Conduct timely and comprehensive psychological assessments, and where necessary, coordinate additional diagnostic evaluations.

• Lead the creation and management of integrated care plans that ensure continuity of care, assisting clients in navigating linked services effectively.

• Monitor client progress, ensuring that therapy remains aligned with individual needs and adjusts treatment strategies as required.

• Engage in crisis intervention and support efforts to address acute client needs, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safety and comprehensive care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Renewed Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
