Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as a clinician, working directly with clients both remotely and, when necessary, in community settings.

• Establish and maintain a positive rapport with clients, building trust through consistent and compassionate interactions.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings to identify client needs, and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring that treatment aligns with client’s presenting issues and personal goals.

• Monitor client progress through regular assessments and adjust interventions as necessary to improve outcomes.
\n
• Implement crisis intervention strategies when required, ensuring timely and effective support for clients in distress.

• Participate in team meetings, contribute to collaborative care efforts, and maintain open lines of communication with clients, family members, and other healthcare providers.

• Ensure the timely completion of documentation, reports, and data submissions, adhering to all ethical guidelines and organizational policies.

You will work predominantly with clients experiencing severe emotional challenges and major mental health concerns, often in under-served populations that rely on our services for support. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
