Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group therapy to clients experiencing severe emotional disorders or significant mental health issues within the school setting.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ needs, facilitating the development of tailored treatment plans based on their unique circumstances and conditions.

• Implement evidence-based screening methods and monitor treatment goals through constant evaluation and adjustments of care plans.

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to create a supportive environment for students requiring additional mental health resources.

• Manage crisis situations effectively, providing immediate interventions and ongoing support for clients facing acute challenges.

• Ensure timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical guidelines and organizational policies.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and improve service delivery methods.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will focus on a diverse range of client populations, primarily students grappling with significant mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of Nevada.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
