The selected Licensed Clinical Social Worker will work within a fully remote setting, allowing for flexibility and the comfort of working from home. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Heal Street Wellness Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct clinical support to a diverse caseload of clients experiencing major mental illnesses and emotional disorders through individual, group, and family therapy.

• Actively participating in a multidisciplinary team to foster collaborative treatment strategies that advance common organizational goals.

• Conducting assessments, formulating treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based practices tailored to meet the needs of each patient.

• Utilizing telehealth platforms to ensure timely and effective delivery of services, from initial consultations to follow-up care.

• Engaging in crisis intervention where necessary, ensuring that immediate support is provided to clients in distress.

• Documenting client encounters and maintaining accurate progress notes to comply with organizational, ethical, and legal standards.

• Reporting and addressing any potentially unsafe situations to maintain a safe therapeutic environment for both clients and staff.

• Maintaining ongoing communication with family members, caregivers, and other healthcare providers to coordinate integrated care plans.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
