Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at The Mind Wellness Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients experiencing significant mental health issues or severe emotional disturbances, both in person and via telehealth platforms.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices while promoting client autonomy and empowerment.

• Providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to each client’s specific needs.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and seamless communication regarding treatment progress.

• Facilitating crisis intervention services and managing emergency situations with professionalism and care.

• Maintaining detailed records and documentation to reflect client progress and ensure compliance with treatment protocols.

• Engaging in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and remain current with industry best practices and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients facing various mental health challenges, including substance use disorders, in a detox center environment. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
