Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients addressing significant mental health issues.

• Develop tailored, integrated care plans to improve client accessibility to services and facilitate collaboration among clients, family members, and healthcare providers.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver targeted mental health interventions, ensuring they are developmentally appropriate and effective for diverse populations.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to share client insights, refine treatment strategies, and enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. A Master’s Degree is preferred.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Mind Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
