Work Environment\n

This position operates remotely, facilitating flexibility in your daily work schedule while allowing you to provide critical support to children and families in need. As part of a detox center and larger behavioral health framework, you will work under the guidance of experienced professionals, utilizing various telehealth platforms and digital communication tools to ensure comprehensive service delivery and collaboration within your team.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify the unique needs of children, ensuring compliance with all Federal and State regulations.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) to create tailored support strategies for each child.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate outcomes, collaborating as a committed member of the healthcare team to ensure the best possible developmental outcomes for children.
\n
• Engage with families to provide meaningful support, resources, and education aimed at enhancing their child’s growth and developmental milestones.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices to foster healthy learning experiences and develop rapport with children and families.

• Implement and recommend appropriate frequency of services based on ongoing assessments of child development status and family concerns.

• Maintain accurate client records, complying with organizational standards to preserve the health and safety of all individuals served.

Qualifications\n
