Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to understand the unique needs of each child and family.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), tailoring strategies to promote the child's development.

• Monitor progress and outcomes, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective interventions.

• Provide evidence-based support to families, focusing on enhancing their child's physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills.

• Develop rapport with children and families, using creative and adaptive methods to facilitate engagement.

• Deliver resources and guidance on developmental milestones and strategies for children's growth.

• Adhere to all state and federal regulations to maintain compliance within our practice.

• Utilize natural environment teaching and coaching models to create effective learning opportunities in various settings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with young children, particularly those in early intervention programs.
