Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions for clients across all age demographics, employing evidence-based therapeutic practices tailored to their unique needs.

• Maintain meticulous records, including timely completion of progress notes and documentation necessary for client care and compliance.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current, independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Maryland.

• Proven self-motivation and excellent organizational skills to effectively manage your caseload.

• Ability to work full-time, with a minimum commitment of 20-25 hours per week, including availability for sessions at least two evenings per week.
