Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic services, including both individual and couples therapy to clients spanning various age groups and backgrounds.

• Utilize our billing service to manage claims, and client accounts, and oversee insurance eligibility checks to streamline operations and enhance client experiences.
\n
• Maintain detailed and timely notes for all counseling sessions, ensuring compliance with best practices in documentation and record-keeping.
\n
• Efficiently schedule ongoing appointments, adapting to your clients' needs while maintaining an organized calendar.
\n
• Demonstrate the ability to address a variety of clinical presentations, thereby ensuring that each client receives tailored interventions that resonate with their specific circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients encompass individuals and couples from a broad spectrum of backgrounds and experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A current and active license to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Maryland.

• Availability to commit to full-time work, with a minimum of 20-25 hours weekly, including two evenings per week to accommodate clients' needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
