Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions, adapting techniques and interventions to serve clients across various age groups and backgrounds.

• Utilize our billing service to facilitate insurance claims, handle receivables, and establish payment plans, removing the administrative burden from your practice.

• Maintain accurate and timely records, documenting session notes and client progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Schedule ongoing appointments, manage your calendar proactively, and ensure that clients are consistently engaged in their therapy process.

• Exhibit a strong capability to work with clients presenting diverse clinical issues, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet their unique needs.

At Juarez Mental Health & Wellness Center, you will work with a vibrant and diverse client base. Our patients range from children to seniors, each with their own distinct challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) allowing for independent practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 20-25 hours of availability per week, including at least two evenings, to accommodate client scheduling needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 per year, complemented by a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. As a W2 employee, you will enjoy:
