Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and evaluate patients' mental health conditions using diagnostic tools like the DSM-5, allowing for the formulation of individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of individuals affected by cancer, while continually assessing progress and adapting strategies to maximize effectiveness.

• Document and maintain accurate and timely records of treatment interventions and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

• Collaborate with patients, their families, and other healthcare providers to design detailed treatment plans that prioritize safety, symptom reduction, and cultural competence.

• Facilitate referrals to community resources and additional treatment options, acting as a vital connection between clients and supportive services.

• Engage in educational and mentoring opportunities, providing guidance to students, interns, and health professionals, and assisting with their professional development.

Compensation and Benefits\n
