Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of students' mental health needs, creating individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific circumstances.

• Provide effective individual and couples therapy to clients across a diverse age range, fostering positive therapeutic relationships.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of clinical activities, including progress notes and treatment plans, in accordance with best practices and legal requirements.

• Utilize a dedicated billing service for claim submissions, client account management, and payment plans, allowing you to focus on your clients without administrative burdens.

• Schedule and manage ongoing appointments, ensuring your calendar is consistently updated to meet client needs and commitments.

• Stay current with best practices in social work and therapeutic modalities, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing mental health support to students in the educational system, addressing a broad spectrum of clinical presentations including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and interpersonal conflicts. You'll play a vital role in helping students navigate their challenges, making a significant impact on their overall well-being and academic success.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active LCSW licensure, with the ability to practice independently in Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a solid base salary, we offer a commission structure, performance bonuses, and a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
