Key Responsibilities\n

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of psychosocial issues affecting students and their families, applying advanced clinical social work skills to enhance mental health and wellbeing.

• Conduct bio-psychosocial assessments to identify barriers to treatment and optimize resource utilization, actively pursuing each patient’s highest level of psychosocial functioning.

• Develop individualized treatment plans by utilizing evidence-based modalities grounded in best practices, ensuring each plan aligns with patients’ unique backgrounds and needs.

• Document all social work activities in accordance with departmental standards, ensuring accurate record-keeping in patients' medical files to maintain continuity of care.

• Engage in comprehensive care coordination activities, collaborating closely with medical personnel and educational staff to create a holistic approach to student mental health.

• Provide education to patients and families on mental health resources and interventions, fostering understanding and adherence to therapeutic recommendations.

• Participate in continuous professional development activities, including attending training sessions relevant to clinical assignments or emerging practices in social work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on supporting students within the school environment, addressing a spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, holding a current license from the State Board of Social Work Licensure, with a minimum requirement of a Licensed Clinical Social Work level (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
