Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver Virtual Counseling: Provide therapeutic counseling services through secure telehealth channels to a diverse client base, including students and their families, addressing various mental health areas such as anxiety, depression, and school-related stress.

• Develop Personalized Treatment Plans: Create and implement tailored treatment plans that are designed to meet the specific needs and goals of each client, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to maximize effectiveness.

• Conduct Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and track client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and feedback to ensure clients achieve their therapeutic objectives.

• Collaborate with Educational and Mental Health Professionals: Work closely with teachers, school counselors, and other specialists within the educational setting to provide integrated support and refer clients to additional resources when needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children, adolescents, and their families who are navigating various challenges in a school setting. You will address mental health issues, provide crisis intervention, and support students dealing with academic, emotional, and social challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
