Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Juarez Mental Health & Wellness Center, you will be responsible for the following:

• Engaging in therapeutic relationships through individual and couples therapy sessions with clients from various backgrounds and age ranges

• Completing thorough client assessments to develop effective treatment plans, ensuring all records are meticulously kept and updated

• Collaborating with our billing service to manage claims and streamline insurance processes, allowing you to focus more on your therapeutic work

• Maintaining your appointment calendar to facilitate ongoing client care, addressing scheduling issues proactively

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to various clinical presentations, continuously assessing client progress

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually , commensurate with experience, along with bonus incentives. Benefit offerings include:
