Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW-C at Riverbend, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, thereby tailoring mental health interventions to their unique needs.

• Providing high-quality therapeutic services, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to create and implement cohesive, client-centered treatment plans.

• Facilitating crisis intervention and risk assessments to ensure client safety and effective response to acute mental health episodes.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to ethical and legal standards, and utilizing electronic health record systems for effective tracking of client progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults, all of whom present varying degrees of mental health concerns. You will work closely with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other common mental health disorders. By understanding each client’s unique background and challenges, you will assist in crafting personalized treatment plans that enhance their capacity for healing and recovery.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
